Mango Chia Pudding

This mango chia pudding recipe could not be more simple, and is such a delicious breakfast to wake up to. We use almond milk here but coconut would also work perfectly.

Ingredients:

    Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds

  • 125ml almond milk

    (or any other plant-based milk)

  • Half a frozen mango

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

    (optional)

Method:

    Start by placing the mango and almond milk into a blender, pulse until well combined.

    Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well, before pouring into 2 glasses.
  3. 3

    Leave to sit for 10-15 minutes to thicken up before enjoying.
